Challenge: Bodybuilding.com has been consistently losing followers + community engagement. Their audience is primarily hardcore bodybuilders + was lacking engagement from untapped athletic audiences (like Crossfitters).
Solution: Rethink strategy and rebuild engagement within the community while adding new non-bodybuilder customers. Through new content pillars and collaborating with like-minded crossover brands we slowed follower loss and increased brand engagement.
